Contracted drilling programmes, from planning and site preparation through drilling and close-out.
Edatm contracts drilling programmes for customers who already know, or are evaluating, a prospect. The scope can include planning, site preparation, drilling and a close-out report. It can also be a defined portion of that work, subcontracted beside another operator.
We will not state that we own a named fleet. If rigs are hired, the proposal says who provides them and who is responsible for the safety case. A programme does not start without permits, a site control for spills and fire, and a crew briefed on that site.
The previous page offered this service to nations and to companies. Both can enquire. The reply will say whether the basin, the timescale and the regulatory duties are within what we can staff.
