These terms cover use of the website. They do not, by themselves, form a supply contract. Supply is agreed in a separate written order. This is a draft for solicitor review.

Product descriptions are incomplete until a datasheet or a quotation says otherwise. We try to keep pages current and we do not promise that a description will remain available.

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or send unlawful material through the forms. We may remove content and may suspend the forms if they are abused.

All trade marks and text on the site belong to their owners. You may not copy the site for a commercial publication. Photographs are used under the licences recorded in the asset register.

Liability for use of the website, to the extent the law allows, is limited to losses that are a direct result of our failure to take reasonable care. Nothing on the site excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We do not exclude rights you have as a consumer where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

The law of England and Wales applies to these website terms, and the courts of England and Wales hear disputes about them.
