Edatm ("we") publishes this notice for the website and for enquiries sent to info@edatm.com. It is a draft and should be reviewed by a solicitor before it is relied on.

Who we are. The site is operated under the name Edatm. The contact address is 11 Brook House, Turkey Mill, Ashford Road, Maidstone ME14 5PP. Email info@edatm.com. Telephone +44 7570 624325. If a company number is added in the site settings, it is shown in the footer and applies here.

What we collect from the forms. Name, company, email, telephone if you provide it, the topic, the message, and any file you attach. Quote requests include the product name when you start from a product page. Career forms include the CV file. We also store the time of the message and a hash of the network address, used to limit repeated submissions. We do not ask for payment card numbers.

Why. To reply, to prepare a quotation, to consider a supplier or an application, and to keep a record of safety or conduct concerns. The lawful basis we expect to rely on is that you asked us to respond (steps before a contract) or that we have a legitimate reason to handle a concern you raised. Where a box records consent, we rely on that consent.

Who else sees it. Messages are emailed to the recipients configured in the admin. Email is sent through Resend, a processor. Files may be stored with Cloudinary, a processor, when upload credentials are in use; otherwise they stay on the server used for the site. We do not sell enquiry data.

How long. The retention period is set in the admin and applied by deleting old enquiries. Until a period is chosen, the draft assumption is 24 months from the last activity on the message, unless a longer period is required for a live contract, a dispute or a legal duty.

Your rights. Depending on your situation you may ask for a copy, a correction, deletion, or a restriction, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact info@edatm.com first so we can try to resolve the request.

Cookies. See the cookie notice. Essential cookies are limited to the ones that keep an admin session or remember a cookie choice.

Changes. The date of this draft is 8 October 2026. A change of substance will show a new date.
