Anti-bribery

Edatm does not offer, request or accept bribes. Staff and anyone acting for us must not give or take an advantage that is intended to influence a decision improperly. Facilitation payments are not allowed.

Gifts and hospitality must be modest, recorded, and refused where they would affect, or appear to affect, a contract or a permit. A customer or supplier who is asked for anything improper should write to info@edatm.com.

This is a draft policy for the owner to adopt. It does not name a compliance officer yet, because that appointment has not been confirmed. Until then, concerns go to Edward Hatman, Chief Executive, via info@edatm.com.

The Bribery Act 2010 applies to conduct connected with the United Kingdom. Jobs in other countries must also follow the local criminal law.
