Mud system
The fluid has to be cleaned to be pumped again
Drilling fluid cools the bit, carries cuttings and holds back formation pressure. It can only be reused if the cuttings come out of it. Shale shakers do that first, on vibrating screens. Finer equipment follows. The mud pumps create the circulation. We quote pumps from liner size, pressure and stroke. The photographs are the shakers, which is the machine we can show. The orange vessel beside them in one photograph is part of that rig's pit area, not a separate product.
