The rotary table and kelly bushing turn the drill string from the rig floor when the rig is not using a top drive for that job.
On a kelly rig, the rotary table in the floor drives a kelly bushing, and the bushing turns the kelly and the drill string. The photograph is that bushing and table, with pipe through the centre. A top drive does the same job from the travelling block and does not need the kelly. Say which machine the rig uses.
The order names the table opening, the load the table must carry, and the bushing that matches the kelly. We do not describe a rotary table as a top drive.
